Malaysia:

  • All orders will be fulfilled within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Overseas:

  • All orders will be fulfilled within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the date of purchase.
  • Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, and carrier-related fees charged by the recipient’s country.
  • Due to unforeseen circumstances and customs clearance processes, international shipping may experience delays.
  • International shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Policy

  • All goods are non-returnable and non-refundable, except under the following conditions:

    1. Defective Products: If the product has obvious defects, the seller will bear the shipping fee for the return.
    2. Size Change: If you need to change the size, the buyer is responsible for the shipping fee for the return.

  • The buyer must cover all shipping costs for returns, except when the error is made by the store.

  • Return Conditions:

    • Items must be in their original condition, including original tags and labels.
    • Products must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged. (Trying on the item is acceptable.)
    • Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the item does not meet these conditions.

  • Return Process:

    1. Contact us within 3 days of receiving the item if you wish to return or exchange it.
    2. If we are not contacted within 3 days, the return or exchange will no longer be accepted.
