Shipping Costs and Details

1. EMS

• Price: RM250/1 KG
• Delivery Time: Approximately 20-40 days
• Note: Items containing glue can only be shipped via EMS.

2. DHL

• Price:  RM200/ 500 G 
• Delivery Time: Fastest delivery ,Approximately 3-5 days 
• Note: Suitable for items that need to be delivered quickly.

Important: All international orders, except those to Malaysia, must be shipped via EMS or DHL.

Shipping Information

As our products are handmade, we will ship your order within approximately 2-4 weeks after confirming payment. The delivery time will vary based on the shipping method chosen:

Customs Duty Information

• DHL Express: There is a 50% chance you may need to pay customs duties.
• EMS: There is a 10-20% chance you may need to pay customs duties.

Customs authorities may inspect your package, and we cannot guarantee that your package will not be affected. Additionally, packages containing glue or powder must be shipped via EMS.
